Created from the same workshop as AlterRisk (using the same RAD framework), we launched a requirements management tool - Service Desk. Finally, you can get rid of the paperwork and create requests electronically with the ability to monitor the status of the request during its life cycle. Service Desk is a simple tool in version 1.1. brings the basic functionalities typical for "help-desk" tools:

  • Central place for submitting requests for services by various types (Errors, upgrades, inquiries, help, suggestions),
  • E-mail notifications,
  • Filter requests by type, status, user, service,
  • Database and answers (frequently asked questions).
